Starting 7pm Sunday, July 28 thru Wednesday, July 31 please abstain from the following:

Social Media, Fried Foods, Breaded Foods, Chips & Cookies, and Coffee 

Acceptable Food/Drinks to Consume are:

Between 7pm-7am: Fruits, Vegetables, Fish, Chicken, & Water 

Between 7am-7pm: Water, Juice, & Salad  

PRAYER:

Monday-Wednesday Prayer Service @7:30-8:30pm at KCC Charlotte only (Prayer will also be streaming LIVE at 7:30pm EST)
